Safety & Damage Notice: Karting involves inherent risks (collisions, rollovers, high-speed impacts). Helmets and closed shoes are mandatory. Intentional or negligent damage to karts, barriers, or timing gear may incur repair charges. By proceeding, you agree to follow marshal instructions and track rules at all times.

Release & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that go-karting is a potentially hazardous activity which may result in injury or death. I understand and voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation, including but not limited to collisions, loss of control, mechanical failures, and actions of other participants.

I release and discharge FunKart, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims or liability for injury, death, or property damage arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

I agree to abide by all posted rules and any instructions from track marshals. I certify that I am physically fit to participate and will not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair my ability.

I accept responsibility for damage I cause through negligence or failure to follow instructions and agree to pay related repair charges as reasonably assessed by FunKart.
